This mini retreat is designed to allow quiet time for you to meditate, journal, move and nourish your body, mind and soul, ending with a restorative practice and guided meditation.
We will work with and be guided by the tools of:
• Pranayama (breath work)
• Gentle Yoga
• Medicinal Aromatherapy
• Guided Meditations including sacred sounds
• Restorative Yoga
• Support for the first 32 days of 2018 (via emails)
