Class Descriptions


BARE BONES BASICS 
Never done yoga before?  Feel inflexible or unsure what to do in a yoga class?  Then this is the class for you. Throughout class, you will be guided through poses and breathing exercises, step by step.  Our patient and skilled Bare Bones instructors are specially selected to work with yoga beginners as well as those with injuries, joint issues, or inflexibility.  This class is designed to provide a healing and gentle approach to yoga poses and movements. (Created by Paula Tursi)

PRANAYAMA AND MEDITATION  Focusing on the power of breath work, mantras and guided meditation, we will learn how to utilize these powerful tools for overall heath and well being. Great for beginners and those that want to deepen their practice. All levels welcome.
