In my 19+ years experience as a wellness educator, most of my clients are looking to let go of stress in one form or another, so that they can enjoy life. I have witnessed the devastating effects of burn out and exhaustion be transformed as clients create new positive structures that support their health and creativity.

I will work with you to create a personalized practice, daily rituals, and structure for your health and wellness goals. Shifting you out of lack, not being motivated, to embodying your dreams.
Therapeutic yoga, music, and the healing art of reflexology are some of the many tools that I will share with you, working one on one.
My work involves listening and tuning into how you are living and moving, finding out what is working and what needs to be tweaked for deep healing, mobility and creativity.
We will set up a plan of action that gets you moving towards all of your health and wellness goals and dreams.
