HELPFUL Tips for A Successful zoom Class

I will be available 15 minutes before class to help you set up. You will be placed in my zoom meet room and I will bring you into the class individually. If for some reason you have problems logging on you can text me at 917-379-7865. I will turn phone off just before class starts though.

Give yourself some time to get set up. Here are props I would like you to have ready, and if don’t have any of these you can still enjoy this class:

  • Yoga mat or if you don’t have maybe an exercise mat

  • If you have blocks great, and or a few thick books to use as blocks will work

  • Strap, or exercise band, or long thin towel

  • Place your computer/laptop/Ipad/Iphone on a stable surface (avoid propping up) so that you can see the screen and I can see your mat.

  • Plug your device into power, Zoom takes a lot of energy so you won’t run out of battery and have to find your power cord in middle of class.

  • Wear what feels comfortable to you, and bring a sock or scarf to cover eyes for savasana.

  • I will be both demonstrating the poses and also checking in with you to give few cues.

  • Please tell everyone in your house not to disturb if possible until class is over. All animals welcome :)

  • Feel free to have your camera on or off. I will unmute you at the beginning of class to say hi and again at the end.

DAILEY WELLNESS BASICS 

Dailey Wellness Basics yoga class is great for beginner to intermediate levels, those coming back from injuries, seasoned yogis wanting to slow down and all seeking a more mindful approach to yoga. During this class you will learn basic poses, breath work, and how to use mantras and sacred sounds for health and vitality. All are welcome!

Stretch Restore Renew

This 75 minute class is designed to soothe nervous system and release tension throughout the body through a series of stretches, restorative yoga poses, and a guided meditation. Great for athletes, those recovering from injuries beginner’s and anyone wanting to slow down, and tune in to your body’s innate intelligence. Class includes breath work and work with sacred sounds to help align body, mind and spirit.
